Japanese Noodle for Free



We try to make this recipes base on our trial many time
to get the best taste ( Asian taste ).
Please find all the ingredients in your local
market/supermarket.
So let start our recipes with Bukkake Udon
( Japanese Cold Udon Noodles ).

Here are all the ingredients as follow :
  1. 1 pcs Long green Onion
  2. 2 pcs Shiso Leaves - Beefsteak Leaves.
  3. 3 tbsp Cold Water
  4. 3 cm Thick Dalkon radish ( 1 1/4 inch 0r suitable for you ).
  5. 2 bags Eggs ( put in a mirowave for 30 - 40 minutes )
  6. 2 bags Frozen Udon
  7. 3 tbsp Cold Water
  8. 4 tbsp Tempura Flour
  9. 2 Chikuwa - Japanese Fish Sausage.
Now is the moment to make most important thing for Japanese Noodle for free, Soup for Bukkake Dashi as you see below :
  • 200 ml Drinking Water ( around 4/5 Cup ).
  • 1 tsp Granulated Dashi ( 1/2 tsp Kombu Dashi & 1/2 tsp Bonito Dashi ).
  • 1 tbsp Sugar.
  • 1 tbsp Mirin
  • 1/2 tbsp Soy Sauce.
How it work to make the right way, see below.
Mix all the ingredients point 1- 9 until you see all ready to put in
the stove.
The final, Japanese noodle in a bowl and porridge the soup.
Enjoy your meal.

Beef and Broccoli Stir Fry

Try our old Chinese recipes.

First is the ingredients for our recipes as follow :

1/2 pound boneless tender beef steak
2 tablespoons cornstarch, divided
4 tablespoons soy sauce, divided
1 teaspoon granulated sugar
2 teaspoons minced fresh ginger root
1 clove garlic, minced
1 pound fresh broccoli, trimmed
3 tablespoons peanut oil, divided
1 onion, chunked and separated1 carrot, cut diagonally into
1/8-inch slices and 1 little lime. (Improvement)

How to do with our recipes :


Cut beef across grain into thin slices. Combine 1 tablespoon each cornstarch and soy sauce with sugar, ginger and garlic; stir in beef. Let stand 15 minutes.


Meanwhile, remove florets from broccoli; if large, cut in half lengthwise.Cut stalks crosswise into 1/8-inch slices. Combine remaining cornstarch and soy sauce with 1 cup water. Set aside.


Heat 1 tablespoon oil in wok or large skillet over high heat. Add meat and stir fry 1 minute; remove. Heat remaining oil in same wok. Add broccoli, onion and carrot; stir fry 4 minutes, or until vegetables are tender-crisp. Stir in meat and soy sauce mixture; bring to boil. Cook and stir until sauce thickens.


The final, cut the lime with knife and squeeze the lime until dry off.

Serve immediately.
